The National Telecommunications and Information Administration, which will be responsible for awarding about $4.7 billion worth of the $7.2 billion in broadband stimulus funds has delayed its submission and grant schedule by a few months. GigaOM apparently was the first publication to notice that the NTIA has shifted the date it will begin to award funds.
