Broadband stimulus: What went wrong?

Obama's stimulus recovery package is suppose to be working, but unemployment keeps climbing. Thanks to the Innocent Bystander Blog we have the real numbers. If you draw a trend line through the dots it does not look good.

But, we still do not have an answer? What went wrong, we should be seeing those unemployment numbers dropping according to Obama and his economic team. What went wrong?...
