Broadband to be paid for with stimulus dollars

While many are using the internet for everything from business to entertainment, some in rural areas of the country do not have access to broadband service and are left with slower, less reliable service plans. Some in rural areas have to pay massive amounts in installation costs and comparable costs for monthly service to those that live in urban or suburban areas, but get a fraction of the speed with intermittent connectivity issues.

Broadband can be an important part of people’s lives, allowing them to own businesses over the internet with fairly low start-up costs in comparison to actual shops, have access to information, and stay connected to friends and family across the country. I have taken many college courses online and by doing this was able to continue to work full-time while also pursuing a college degree full-time as well...
