FCC broadband roadmap aims to bring order to stimulus chaos - Ars Technica
Julius Genachowski's Federal Communications Commission hit the ground running on Thursday, publishing a timeline of all broadband related projects it hopes to finish through February 17 of next year. That's the date when the Commission must send to Congress its National Broadband Plan—a set of recommendations for making sure that everybody in the United States has access to broadband.
