Broadband could come to rural Tennessee

State officials and private organizations in Tennessee are banking on securing federal stimulus money to bring affordable, high-speed Internet connections to rural parts of the state,
Both public and private agencies are trying to tap into the more than $7.2 billion that the Obama administration is allocating as part of the Recovery Act passed earlier this year to improve broadband networks in rural and underserved areas...
