Winona, Minn., organizations seek broadband stimulus money for elderly, disabled and homebound residents
While a number of telecommunications companies are asking for large pieces of the government’s broadband stimulus pie, much smaller institutions that work directly with underserved communities are biding their time in hopes of just a tiny slice of what’s available.
